1. Terms and Conditions for Customers
1.1 Eligibility & Account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• Your account details (name, address, payment information) must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
1.2 Ordering & Payments
• Orders cannot be canceled after being accepted by the restaurant/vendor.
• Payments must be made via our accepted payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
1.3 Delivery & Responsibilities
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors.
• You must provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order.
• If you fail to receive the order, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
1.4 Refunds & Cancellations
• Refunds are issued only for missing, incorrect, or damaged items, subject to verification.
• Refund processing time depends on the payment method and vendor policies.
• Orders cannot be refunded for delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
1.5 Prohibited Activities
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Abusing or threatening delivery personnel, vendors, or customer support.
• Placing fake orders or attempting to exploit offers.
2. Terms and Conditions for Restaurants & Grocery Vendors
2.1 Vendor Registration & Responsibilities
• All restaurants and grocery vendors must provide valid business licenses.
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Grocery vendors must ensure that all products are fresh and meet legal standards.
2.2 Order Management & Cancellations
• Vendors must accept, prepare, and dispatch orders within the estimated time.
• Orders canceled due to vendor unavailability will result in refunds to customers.
2.3 Pricing & Payments
• Vendors set their own prices, which should be accurate and updated regularly.
• Payment settlements will be processed as per the agreed revenue-sharing model.
• Dileat Delivery reserves the right to charge commission fees on each order.
2.4 Prohibited Practices
• Selling expired, low-quality, or counterfeit products.
• Canceling multiple orders without valid reasons.
• Misrepresenting food or grocery items on the platform.
3. Terms and Conditions for Delivery Partners
3.1 Eligibility & Registration
• You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• You must provide accurate personal details during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining your vehicle and ensuring compliance with traffic laws.
3.2 Delivery Process
• Delivery partners must pick up and deliver orders on time.
• Orders should not be opened or tampered with during transit.
• In case of delivery failure, the partner must follow company protocols.
3.3 Earnings & Payments
• Payments will be settled as per the agreed payout cycle.
• Deductions may apply for damaged, stolen, or incorrect deliveries.
3.4 Code of Conduct
• Respect customers and vendors.
• Follow traffic rules and delivery guidelines.
• Avoid misconduct, fraud, or harassment.
4. General Terms & Conditions for All Users
4.1 Data Privacy
We collect and use personal data as per our Privacy Policy.
4.2 Intellectual Property
• The Dileat Delivery logo, content, and brand elements are protected.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Liability Disclaimer
• Dileat Delivery is not responsible for the quality of food, groceries, or vendor services.
• We are not liable for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 Termination of Services
• Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
4.5 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India
